《2015 Golden Melody Awards & Festival》Golden Melody Drum Workshop : Open for registration!
Mr. Q lectures in person : Enriched spirits to jazz drumming.
Master who has cooperated with Jay Chou & Cheer Chen and participated in over 400 large-scale concerts.
Golden Melody Workshop has invited this year Chen Pai-Chou, aka Mr. Q, to give lecture to students with musical backgrounds and basic drumming skills. Mr. Q is one of the best drummers in Taiwan and has collaborated with many great artists – including Jay Chou, Cheer Chen and Power Station – during over 400 concerts.
The aim of this workshop is triple. Frist goal is to approach to young drummers and to encourage their passion in music. Second goal is to improve their drumming skills. And last but not least, it hopes to enrich life with “the beats of drums”.
Golden Melody has also invited another music master Ray Huang to give lesson on Music Arrangement through Guitar.
The Drum Kit workshop and Music Arrangement will take place respectively on June 2 and 3, 2015; both are held from 18:30 to 21:00 at Taiwan Television. Hope to see you there!
