Mr. Richard Li is the Country Marketing Manager for Google Taiwan. He is responsible for product marketing for searches, audio-visuals, mobiles, and social media. He brings over ten years of experiences in information service to the brand management, marketing strategies, public relations, online ads and web/trade/integrated/product marketing fields. He has served in international corporations such as Apple, Accenture and IBM. He won the 2013 MVP in Management award, the 2012 Best Marketer of the Year in the Marketing and Mass Media Contributor Awards, as well as recognitions from the Long Xie Award, the ROI Festival and the Chinese Public Relations Award. He holds a Master’s degree in International Politics from Harvard and a Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science from National Taiwan University.

CEO of CD Baby
Mr. Tracy Maddux joined CD Baby in 2010 as Chief Operating Officer and became CEO in 2012. He has led the company during a period of rapid growth, focusing on rolling out new services that enable artists to self-manage their music careers. CD Baby distributes more than 6.5 million songs for over 450,000 artists, offering a DIY platform for everything from physical CD distribution, to downloads and streams to tools for effective social media promotion. Artists using the CD Baby platform have earned over $500 million since the company’s founding. In 2012 CD Baby launched its Sync and YouTube platform that now represents over 2.5 million tracks and has paid out $5 million in artist earnings. In 2013 CD Baby launched a publishing platform for independent songwriters, CD Baby Pro, which now represents 500,000 compositions from over 100,000 songwriters. He previously held executive positions including Intel and VersaLogic.

Alex Goatcher /
CEO of Know What's Loved (KWL)
Mr. Alex Goatcher began his career in 1991 as a systems architect at the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) in Meyrin, Geneva. After leaving CERN, he went on to hold key technical roles in a variety sectors including government, medical imaging and banking. In 2000, he moved to Singapore and founded an online game development studio and publisher which he ran for 10 years before exiting in 2012. In 2015 Alex founded KnowWhatsLoved.com (KWL), a big-data analytics business that serves the music and advertising industries.
Know What's Loved uses big-data analytics to serve the music and advertising industries. It analyzes billions of data points to measure popularity, identify trends and build rich, real-time intelligence for artists and their management, record labels, concert promoters, digital service providers, brands and their agencies.
