2022金曲國際音樂節商展交易中心管理辦法

2022金曲國際音樂節商展交易中心結合實體預約與線上媒合平台,供貴賓進行商務交流。參與貴賓需先行註冊會員,審核通過後將可在線上媒合平台安排實體預約或線上交流。欲參與實體媒合之貴賓,敬請遵循下述管理辦法。

  1. 活動地點

    高雄流行音樂中心 海豚5號館(高雄市苓雅區海邊路110號)

  2. 活動時間

    2022年6月24日(五) 10:30 - 17:30

    2022年6月25日(六) 10:30 - 17:30

    2022年6月26日(日) 10:30 - 17:30

    **舉辦時間若有異動,主辦單位將隨時公告於官網,請各廠商密切注意官網訊息。

  3. 展場管理
    • 報到及進場
      1. 報到時間:6月24日(三)09:30起,至海豚5號館的會場服務台報到,以個人為單位發給每人貴賓證乙張及導覽手冊乙本 (遺失不再補發),請妥善保管,三天展期憑證入場。
      2. 欲參加6/24-6/26間之音樂論壇、商務交流會,請事先於官網勾選報名活動,即可憑證進場。
      3. 事先預訂參與實體媒合之貴賓,應在該時段之前15分鐘到海豚5號館商展交易中心接待處報到,由服務人員安排等待進入預訂的媒合區,例如預約11:00場次者,應於10:45報到。
    • 活動區

      媒合區

      1. 媒合區共有8個會談區,個別會談區每天有11個時段可供預約,每時段30分鐘,建議自備翻譯人員,以免產生翻譯誤差。
      2. 每個媒合時段為30分鐘,30分鐘時間到請結束媒合會議,交由策展單位安排下場次廠商使用,如下個時段該媒合區無人預約,得在策展單位同意下繼續使用。
      3. 媒合時段從10:30開始至17:30,中午12:00至13:30為午餐休息時間。請見下表圖示:

      4. 媒合區使用原則,依照官網預約媒合確認之排序安排桌次表,由工作人員接待參展廠商進入預訂之媒合區。
      5. 臨時有需要參與媒合之公司,可至服務台申請,由服務台人員安排進入有空缺時段的媒合區。
      6. 請勿無故不到場參與網路事先預訂的媒合會議,無故不到場參與媒合之公司,將列為下年度承辦單位是否同意參展之參考依據。

      接待處提供參展廠商媒合交流之相關服務。

  4. 其他

    本規定如有未盡事宜,如遇颱風不可抗拒之天災情事,統一由承辦單位(臺灣電視事業股份有限公司)公告於官網或Mail通知,請留意訊息公告。

2022金曲國際音樂節商展交易中心管理辦法

2022 Golden Melody Festival Biz Matching Center combines physical appointments and online matching platform for delegates to create business opportunities. Please register as GMA delegates before participating. After the submission is verified, guests can arrange physical appointments or communicate online on biz matching online platform. For delegates attending physical business matching meetings, please comply with the following management guidelines.

  1. Event Venue

    Kaohsiung Music Center Dolphin No.5 (No. 110, Haibian Road, Lingya District, Kaohsiung City, 802 , Taiwan)

  2. Operating Times

    June 24th, 2022 (Fri) 10:30 am – 5:30 pm

    June 25th, 2022 (Sat) 10:30 am – 5:30 pm

    June 26th, 2022 (Sun) 10:30 am – 5:30 pm

  3. Exhibition Space Management
    • Check-in and Entrance
      1. Check-in: Friday June 24th, 2022, starting at 9:30 am. Check-in by showing your registration code at the service desk in Kaohsiung Music Center Dolphin No.5. Each person will be given a pass and an event program. Please keep your passes. Passes are checked at event entrance during the event.
      2. For those interested in participating in the Conferences, Networking scheduled for June 24-26, please be sure to sign up for each such event when registering on the official website. Attendance to checked 2022 Golden Melody Festival events will be free for those with proof of registration.
      3. Companies who have preregistered for the Biz matching meetings should check-in at the Kaohsiung Music Center Dolphin No.5 Biz Matching Center service desk at least 15 minutes prior to their allotted time. Service personnel will direct the company to the meeting area. (For example, a company who preregistered for 11:00 am should check-in at 10:45 am)
    • Event Spaces

      Biz Matching Area

      1. The Biz Matching area provides 11 sessions with 8 meeting spaces per day. The duration of each session is 30 minutes. It is suggested that each company provide their own interpretation services to avoid errors in interpretation. The Biz Matching Center provides Chinese-English interpretation services.
      2. The duration of each biz matching session is 30 minutes. At the 30 minute mark, please end the session, and allow the company scheduled for the next session to enter the space. In the event that the next session is vacant, you may continue to use the space provided that you have obtained the consent of the event officials.
      3. Matchmaking meetings will take place from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm each day of operation, with an hour and a half (12:00 noon – 1:30 pm) reserved for lunch.

      4. Using the biz matching area shall follow the order prescribed by the registration website and will show the seating arrangements. Onsite personnel will be available to direct companies to their allotted space.
      5. Companies who have not preregistered but have need of participating in the biz matching meetings may register at the service desk. The service personnel there will help you to find a vacant session, if one exists.
      6. Companies who have registered but do not attend their scheduled session without reasonable cause may be disqualified from participation in the following year’s biz matching events. This is at the discretion of the event officials.

      Reception AreaReception and translation services, among other biz matching and networking services, are provided here for participating companies.

  4. Miscellaneous

    Any matters not covered in these guidelines or in case of force majeure such as Typhoon, the organizer of the event (in this case, Taiwan Television Enterprise, Ltd.) shall make proper notification on the official website or by mail. Please watch for any such updates or notifications.
