Before that, he had held senior management positions in Apple Daily, Yahoo Taiwan Media Business Unit, Warner Music Asia Pacific, Rock Records, MTV Networks and the radio station Voice of Taipei.
KKTV, dedicated to be the ultimate destination of Asian TV series in Taiwan, is a new service launched by KKBOX in the summer of 2016. KKTV is delivering the best personal and mobile OTT SVOD experience with the biggest library of Korean, Chinese and Japanese drama series for Taiwan users to binge on.

Mr. Chee Meng Tan is Spotify's Director of Label Relations (APAC). He manages Spotify’s day-to- day relationships with record labels, directs all music content across the service and oversees artist marketing activities in the region. With over 20 years of experience in the music industry, he is passionate about introducing innovation in the digital space and is always looking for opportunities to leverage his comprehensive understanding of the industry to further Spotify’s position as the leading music streaming service. Prior to his role at Spotify, Chee Meng served as Director, Music at SingTel where he was responsible for the growth, licensing and monetization of the music services in the region's leading telco. Chee Meng has also held senior roles at MTV Asia and Sony Music Entertainment in Asia. Spotify provides users on-demand access to over 30 million tracks. It is now available in 59 markets globally with more than 75 million active users, and over 30 million paying subscribers. Since its launch in Sweden in 2008, Spotify has driven more than US$3 billion to rights holders. Spotify is now the second biggest source of digital music revenue for labels in Europe, and the biggest and most successful music streaming service of its kind globally.

Currently in charge of Rock Records' global (China excluded) new media operation, he also involves himself in business development projects such as concert promotion and cross-industry cooperation. Mr. Andy Ng joined Tencent in 2011, where he is in charge of managing China’s largest streaming music platform QQ Music. In addition to managing QQ Music’s day-to-day operations, he leads several other key initiatives of QQ Music, such as ensuring the platform provides exclusive, new contents to its users, reaching service revenue target, and developing new advertising, VIP and new market strategies. His work has helped to make QQ Music a leading brand in the digital music industry. Before joining Tencent, he was the Head of Content Partnership and Entertainment at Nokia (Greater China Region). In his previous experiences, he had also held senior positions in companies such as Hong Kong PCCW Limited, U.S Yahoo, AOL and University of Southern California.
