Rob Schwartz is a journalist, entrepreneur and music and film producer who has been active in the entertainment scenes in Asia and the US for more than 15 years.
Rob’s journalism has appeared in many international publications like Time, Newsweek, NME, Variety, and The Hollywood Reporter. He is the Asia Bureau Chief of Billboard Magazine.
He has produced many music projects. In 2002 Rob was appointed Executive Director of the Tokyo-based imprint Play Label. In 2005 he founded the rock-electro crossover label Dynastic Records (www.dynasticrecords.com).
Rob is COO of SomethingDrastic (http://somethingdrastic.com/en/), a PR and translation firm for Japanese entertainment entities.
Rob produces feature film. Rob was the Executive Producer for the US feature film Putty Hill which the New Yorker magazine choose as one of its Top Ten for 2011.

Jesse Lee STOUT

Jesse Lee Stout is a Creative Director and the creative lead at Moment Factory’s Los Angeles office. He brings extensive experience in art direction, curation, and graphic design to his work at the company, where he leads some of the industry’s brightest minds. He has orchestrated creative direction, set design, and content direction for a multitude of Moment Factory projects, including MUSE’s “Drones” world tour and Glastonbury headlining performance (2015, 2016), Imagine Dragons’ "Smoke + Mirrors" World Tour (2015), Red Hot Chili Peppers’ “The Getaway Tour” (2016) and numerous televised performances for Linkin Park (2017). Prior to joining Moment Factory, Jesse worked as a creative and video director for such A-list artists such as Jay-Z, Rihanna, Drake, and The Weeknd.

With a graphic design background, Leo has directed documentaries, TV programs, music videos, online videos, advertisements, and others. He also founds two apparel brands, OUTERSPACE and FEVER. Since 2004, he organized a group CIRCUS to host and produce several successful TV programs. His first documentary, Attitude, won a major award in an Asian Festival of First Films in Singapore, five major awards in The 38th Telly Awards in 2017, as well as many other international recognitions.
