財團法人台灣唱片出版事業基金會 / Recording Industry Foundation in Taiwan
RIT成立於1985年7月,原名「財團法人國際唱片業交流基金會」(IFPI Members’ Foundation in Taiwan,簡稱台灣IFPI)。為深植台灣有聲出版產業並廣納本地唱片業者,自九十七年十一月一日起更名為「財團法人台灣唱片出版事業基金會」。
RIT為國際IFPI在台辦公室,所屬各唱片公司均為國際IFPI之國際會員。以提昇唱片產業、打擊盜版侵權、改善國內著作權保護環境為工作宗旨。
目前所屬唱片公司包括華納、環球、索尼三大國際唱片公司以及華研、愛貝克思、豐華、金牌大風、杰威爾、福茂、滾石、種子等八大本土主流唱片公司。
所屬唱片公司音樂產品台灣市場及中國大陸市場占有率超過八成,為台灣最大的唱片音樂團體。
全球華語唱片產品超過 80% 來自RIT所屬唱片公司所製作發行。
RIT is established in July 1985 and formerly known as “IFPI Members’ Foundation in Taiwan (Taiwan IFPI)”. In order to cultivate more deeply and absorb more local record companies in Taiwan, RIT changed her name to “Recording Industry Foundation in Taiwan on 1st November 2008.
RIT is the representative of the IFPI in Taiwan territory and all member record companies of the RIT also are members of the IFPI International. RIT’s goal is to promote record industry, tackle pirated infringement and improve domestic copyright protection environment.
Members of RIT include Warner, University, Sony three international major companies as well as HIM, Avex, Gold Typhoon, JVR, Linfair, Rock and Seed eight main stream record labels in Taiwan.
Music products of RIT’s member companies represent more than 80% market share in both Taiwan and Mainland China market. RIT is the largest music phonographic group in Taiwan.
More than 80% of the global Chinese language recorded repertoires are produced and published from RIT member companies.

社團法人台灣錄音著作權人協會 / The Association of Recording Copyright Owners
成立於民國78年9月,受錄音及視聽著作權人之授權,管理其著作之公開播送權、公開演出權、公開上映權及其他使用權利金收取事宜,並經經濟部智慧財產局核備為錄音及視聽著作之集管團體。
目前會員包含國內近40家唱片公司,除接受國內會員之委託外,並代理國際IFPI所屬全世界1,300家唱片及製作公司旗下廠牌,處理其錄音及視聽著作使用授權事宜,為台灣最大的唱片集管團體。
錄音著作公開播送之利用人態樣包括有線/無線及衛星電視與廣播電台;另,針對公開演出報酬請求權部份,該利用人之態樣則為使用錄音器材、擴音器或其他器材現場播放錄音帶、CD或廣播節目之便利商店、百貨公司或各大賣場等播出之音樂之公開場所。
視聽著作,例如有線/無線電視台之公開播送及電視牆及航空器內之公開上映之行為。
ARCO is established in September of 1989 and admitted by the competent authority, the Intellectual Property Office of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, as a copyright collective management organization for sound recordings and audio-visual works, mandated by copyright owners of sound recordings and music videos to manage their rights of public broadcasting, public performance, public presentation for sound recordings and music videos and the matters of royalty/remuneration collection.
ARCO’s member include 40 or so record labels in Taiwan. Other than the mandates from local record labels, ARCO also is commissioned to manage the licensing matter on behalf of IFPI’s 1300 record labels around the world. ARCO is the largest copyright licensing management organization for phonograms and music videos in Taiwan.
Users of soundings include wire/wireless and satellite TV and radio stations. The users of public performance of sound recordings cover various public venues such as convenient stores, department stores or outlets which using recording devices, speakers or other equivalent equipment to perform music in the cassettes, CDs or radio programs.
The examples of the users of audio-visual works are wire/wireless TV stations which broadcast music videos publicly and those who publicly perform music videos through a TV wall on site and in the airplane.
