第25屆「金曲獎」首度與「金曲國際音樂節」整合，以擴大金曲獎為國際級頒獎典禮為目標，藉由舉辦系列活動，強化金曲獎於華語流行音樂指標與領先地位，將吸引優秀音樂創作人、歌手及國內外音樂界產業菁英齊聚一堂，藉由此活動平臺，進行商務洽談、合作與音樂文化交流，促進華語流行音樂產業發展。

This year’ s 25th Golden Melody Awards presents the first Global Music Festival. With the aim of bringing the iconic Awards to the international level, a series of musical events will be held to show to the world the leading spot occupied by the Golden Melody Awards on the Chinese pop music map. Outstanding music producers, singers and influential giants of the domestic and international music industries will be brought in one place. The events also serve as a platform for business meetings, collaboration and the exchange of music and culture, promoting the development of the Chinese pop music industry.

This year’s events in the Global Music Festival include the 25th Golden Melody Awards Anniversary Exhibition, Keynote Speech, international forums, Music Business Matching Center, music workshops, Golden Melody @ Live House ticketed concerts, and Golden Melody Stars—Occupying Campus. These events allow us to look back at the past 25 years of the Awards and also look ahead to the future prospects of the music industry. By participating in the events, you will be able to know more about the development of the music industry in Taiwan.
