The 30th Golden Melody Awards Ceremony is scheduled to take place on June 29th at the Taipei Arena. This year, the ceremony is gearing up for a star-studded lineup again, featuring performances by previous winner Eason Chan.

Eason said that this time he will name his performance “Golden Records”, which will feature songs that have received Golden Melody Awards in the past. Eason also emphasized how much he enjoys preparing and creating a wonderful performance every time he is invited to perform at the ceremony. “For me, preparing this performance is interesting. It feels like I have an opportunity to get to know the songs again.”

Other than that, Eason's new album “L.O.V.E.” has been nominated this year for Album of the Year, Song of the Year and Best Album Producer. Regarding these nominations, Eason said, “Most of the songs in my album are in Yue; only two in Mandarin and one in English. Therefore, I am so surprised and want to thank the judges for their support and affirmation.” As to the results, Eason also said he doesn’t have a preference on which award he can receive. “This album was produced by our “L.O.V.E” team. Without them, without these nominations, no matter what we can receive in the end, I will still be happy since it's all about LOVE.”
