Associate Professor of National Taiwan Normal University Graduate Institute of Performing Arts

Pai is currently an Associate Professor of Graduate Institute of Performing Arts at National Taiwan Normal University, and an Adjunct Associate Professor of Department of Music at Chinese Culture University. He has accumulated extensive experiences in music industry over the years, including deputy music director in Rock Records, lyricist in Sony Music, and contract producer in Friendly Dog Entertainment.

Robin MALAU

Robin is the founder of hardcore band Puppen that spearheaded the ‘90s DIY music movement which laid the foundations for the present-day independent scene.
The entrepreneurial prowess he developed during his times in the band was then translated into several business ventures. He co-founded a digital marketing agency with high-profile clients such as Google & General Motors. He founded Musikator, a music aggregator company that bridges unsigned acts to globally renowned digital music services. Robin was awarded the Young Creative Entrepreneur award by the British Council for his work in Musikator.
He also founded Konserama, a music tourism agency company & Indonesia Music Conference, Indonesia's first music conference. His latest startup is Wali Kota Musik, a music city strategy consulting agency aimed to help Indonesian governments build music cities in Indonesia.

As 48-year veteran in the music industry, he served inaugural board member at such music industry bodies as ILCJ, FMPJ, FDJ, CPRA and AMEI among a couple others. Also named president/director at EastWest Japan and Warner Music Japan, following to the directorship at Yamaha Music Foundation responsible for Popular Song Contest and World Popular Song Festival as well as music publishing and business affairs. During those years, he taught at Showa University of Music as professor and Keio Graduate School. In 2016, appointed as a board member of the international trade association, WIN, representing Asia Pacific region.
